The following interactive graphic includes a variety of caffeine sources, including coffee, caffeine tablets, energy drinks and soda. Click on each source of caffeine to see how each compares to the recommended daily dosage. Each click recommends one serving of the item.

The information is based off the Caffeine Informer, a website dedicated to tracking caffeine dosages, and DailyMed, a website from the U.S. National Library of Medicine.

Coca-Cola: one 12 fluid ounce can

Red Bull: one 8.46 fluid ounce can

Caffeine tablets: Stay Awake maximum strength, one tablet (200 mg)
